As wonderful as candy sweet

As wonderful as candy sweet,
Chocolate eclair, or tasty eat,
A quenching drink to soothe the throat
To kill the pain of having thirst,
A happy film where good comes first,
Or horror one where corpses float,
Day at the beach sun bright and high,
Evening stroll 'neath star-lit sky,
Hoighty ball with chandeliers,
At a pub with several beers,
December time with Christmas cheers,
Warmest hugs and friend's embrace,
Remembering her soft sweet face,
Hands in prayer to get God's grace,
Victory in hard-fought race,
The shock of firing a gun,
Chatting with friends over quart of rum,
All these things I love to do,
But none so nice as bong with ice,
As joint as rolled as thick as thieves,
And when it's passed to share the tokes
As just as well as smoked.
